The City of Pampa is a great place to work and raise a family. Pampa is filled with wonderful people who sincerely take pride in this community and call Pampa home. We have a great school system with excellent sports teams and the choir and band programs are second to none.

There are many activities for the family to participate in such as our water park, the Top Of Texas Rodeo, and Burning the Bricks, to name a few. The many restaurants, businesses, and great medical facilities make our community an attractive place for those who are thinking about moving here.

I’ve been in education for over 30 years and served in three other districts prior to coming to Pampa ISD. I can honestly say that Pampa is amazing! We have outstanding, successful kids and supportive parents.

The district administrative staff and Board are focused on doing what is best for students while maintaining a commitment to preserve the traditions that have made Pampa a terrific place to live, work, and raise a family. Pampa is a little slice of heaven at the Top of Texas!

Our main focus in the Pampa PRIDE Athletics Department is to instill leadership skills, competitiveness, character, teamwork, servitude, and integrity into our student-athletes. It is our mission here within Pampa Athletics to produce great programs and great people for our community's future.
