National Special Education Day

We want to thank our incredible Special Education staff for their dedication to their students. Jennifer Studebaker and her amazing team work tirelessly for our student's needs and to provide them with the best educational opportunities.

Special Education Day is a day to recognize the signing of the Individuals With Special Disabilities Act (IDEA) that was signed into law on December 2, 1975. This law provided access to quality public education for children with special needs. It laid the groundwork for improving the education standards for students with disabilites and it helped to build the foundation for schools and families to work together on behalf of students to provide all of the services and resources that students would need.

The Pampa ISD Special Populations Department is the best in every way. Our staff advocates daily for our students to receive the love, care, and best education in the Panhandle. Please help us thank them today!
