Application Process

  • Select a job from the available listings.
  • If you are a first time user, please create an account. Your information will be saved allowing you to return at any time to submit additional applications.
  • Please retain your username and password for use on future applications.
  • Once these steps have been completed, your name will be added to our applicant list.

  • If you don't see a position listed in which you are interested, please email the Human Resources Department.

Congratulations on your new job with PISD and welcome to the Harvester family! As you begin your employment with us, it is our goal to help make this transition for you as smooth as possible. You will be receiving a welcome email with important information about documents to submit and how to access the onboarding for contracts and paperwork to be completed. We will schedule an appointment with our Human Resources Department to submit the following documents:

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Official Transcripts
  • Service Records from previous districts, if applicable
  • Paraprofessional/Auxiliary Employees

When you are hired, you will be contacted by the Human Resources department to complete your paperwork. Once your paperwork is complete, your photo will be taken for a badge. Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Transcripts/Diploma
  • Permanent Resident Card (if not a US. citizen)

Pampa ISD is currently accepting applications for substitute teachers. Please read the following information about requirements, the application process and substitute orientation classes.

  • Requirements
    • Have a High School Diploma/GED
    • Complete this Substitute Application
    • Be fingerprinted (paid by Pampa ISD)
    • Receive Substitute Training (provided by Pampa ISD)
    • Proof of high school diploma/GED or college transcripts will be required upon submission of your application
  • Application Process
    • Complete the online application through Talent ED at https://pampaisd.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx
    • The Human Resources department will make an appointment for you to complete your paperwork.
    • Fingerprinting
    • Substitute Orientation
    • Take your picture and get a badge
  • Substitute Orientation

Orientation is required for all non-certified substitutes before you can begin to sub. For current class dates or to register for orientation, please contact Tammy Hernandez through email or at (806)669-4700 Ext 1423.
